Plain Potato는 구독 기반으로 운영됩니다. 서비스를 구독함으로써 귀하는 앱에 명시된 구독료 지불에 동의합니다. 구독료는 구독 기간 시작 시 선택하신 결제 수단으로 청구되며, 취소하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다.

Plain Potato는 개인적, 비상업적 용도로만 사용이 허가됩니다. 이는 소유권 이전이 아닌 라이선스 부여이며, 다음과 같은 행위는 금지됩니다:

• 자료의 수정 또는 복사
• 상업적 목적 또는 공개 전시(상업적/비상업적)를 위한 자료 사용
• Plain Potato에 포함된 소프트웨어의 디컴파일 또는 리버스 엔지니어링 시도
• 자료에서 저작권 또는 기타 소유권 표시 제거
• 다른 사람에게 자료 전송 또는 다른 서버에 자료 "미러링"

Plain Potato의 자료는 '있는 그대로' 제공됩니다. Plain Potato는 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 지적재산권 침해 또는 기타 권리 침해에 대한 묵시적 보증을 포함하여 어떠한 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.

Plain Potato 또는 그 공급업체는 Plain Potato의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 어떠한 손해(데이터 손실, 이익 손실, 영업 중단으로 인한 손해 포함)에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이는 Plain Potato 또는 Plain Potato 공식 대표자가 그러한 손해의 가능성에 대해 구두 또는 서면으로 통보받은 경우에도 적용됩니다.

Plain Potato에 나타나는 자료에는 기술적, 인쇄상, 또는 사진상의 오류가 포함될 수 있습니다. Plain Potato는 앱의 자료가 정확하고, 완전하며, 최신임을 보장하지 않습니다.

Plain Potato는 앱에 연결된 모든 사이트를 검토하지 않았으며, 그러한 연결된 사이트의 내용에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 링크의 포함이 Plain Potato의 승인을 의미하지는 않습니다. 연결된 웹사이트의 사용에 대한 위험은 사용자가 부담합니다.

본 이용약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 귀하는 해당 국가 또는 지역 법원의 전속 관할권에 취소 불가능하게 동의합니다.

Plain Potato는 사전 통지 후 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 중단 시 사용자의 데이터는 관련 법률에 따라 처리됩니다.

Plain Potato는 다음과 같은 경우 사용자의 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다:

• 이용약관 위반
• 불법적이거나 사기적인 활동
• 다른 사용자의 권리 침해
• 장기간 계정 미사용

계정이 해지되면 구독이 즉시 종료되며, 저장된 데이터는 30일 후 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.

구독 취소 및 환불은 다음과 같은 정책을 따릅니다:

• 구독 취소는 언제든지 가능하며, 다음 결제 주기부터 적용됩니다.
• 환불은 최초 구매 후 14일 이내에 요청하는 경우에만 가능합니다.
• 부분 사용된 구독 기간에 대해서는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 환불 요청은 고객 지원팀을 통해 처리됩니다.

Plain Potato 사용을 위한 최소 연령은 만 5세입니다. 만 5세 미만 사용자의 경우 법적 보호자의 동의가 필요합니다.

Plain Potato의 모든 콘텐츠와 자료(로고, 디자인, 텍스트, 그래픽 등)는 당사의 독점적 자산이며 저작권법의 보호를 받습니다.

사용자가 제공하는 피드백이나 제안은 당사가 제한 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.

By accessing or using Plain Potato, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.

Plain Potato operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as described on our app. The subscription fee will be charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of the subscription period and automatically renewed unless canceled.

Permission is granted to use Plain Potato for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Plain Potato;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

The materials on Plain Potato are provided on an 'as is' basis. Plain Potato makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Plain Potato or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Plain Potato, even if Plain Potato or a Plain Potato authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Plain Potato could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Plain Potato does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current.

Plain Potato has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Plain Potato. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Plain Potato may modify or discontinue services, in whole or in part, after prior notice. In the event of service termination, user data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Plain Potato may terminate user accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms of Use
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Infringement of other users' rights
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your subscription will end immediately, and stored data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

Subscription cancellations and refunds are subject to the following policies:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are only available when requested within 14 days of initial purchase.
• Partial refunds may be limited for partially used subscription periods.
• Refund requests must be processed through our customer support team.

The minimum age requirement for using Plain Potato is 5 years old. Users under 5 years of age require consent from their legal guardian.

All content and materials in Plain Potato (including logos, designs, text, and graphics) are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright laws.

Any feedback or suggestions provided by users may be used by us without restriction.
